Alaska Avalanche Information Center Scholarships
AAIC received a grant from ConocoPhillips to distribute 18 tuition-free motorized Level 1 courses to folks in rural areas of the state–application period is now OPEN

Johnny Soderstrom Memorial Scholarship

Hatcher Pass Avalanche Center (HPAC) is excited to offer eight scholarship opportunities for avalanche education programs. Applicants must be AK/Valley residents. Each scholarship will provide up $250 toward tuition for a recreational avalanche course.

If you don’t get in immediately- please add your name to the waitlist- we often take several people off the waitlist the same day registration opens. We also use the waitlist to notify folks when we add new courses during the same time frame.
