Sasha Legere

Born from ice in New England, Sasha moved west in search of bigger mountains, deeper winters, and wilder terrain, first to Utah, then Colorado, and finally, Alaska. Along the way, she built a career as an outdoor education nerd, backcountry guide, and program leader, working across ranges from the Rockies to Iceland. She’s driven by a deep passion for sharing her love of the earth and believes that education is the key to experiencing it more fully.

When not sliding on snow, you’ll find her chasing high places, hurling herself down rocks on her mountain bike, running whitewater with friends, repelling and slipping through desert canyons, creeping up rocks on her dirt bike, and often, with her dog close behind.
