Ella Light

Ella has enjoyed outdoor activities since she was very young. Her adventures began with learning to ski in Santa Fe, NM, and have evolved into extensive backcountry trips, including backpacking, kayaking, fly-fishing, and sailing throughout the U.S. and Mexico. She believes in the transformative power of outdoor education and is dedicated to making the outdoors more accessible for everyone. Ella is excited to join the Alaska Avalanche School and be part of a team that aims to positively influence people's outdoor experiences by providing high-quality outdoor education and risk management training.
